Massage
Therapy
|
Swedish Massage
The most commonly practiced form of massage in
Western culture. Relief of back spasms to relief of
sleep disorders have been traced, to improve
circulation and release of endorphins, which is
known as the body's natural pain killer. |
 |
Neuro-Muscular Technique
This technique, developed by a European
acupuncturist, is a very sedative massage. NMT
repaturns the nervous circuitry from an abnormal
firing of nerve impulses to a patterning of a more
natural or normal firing of nerve impulses, to
improve nerve and blood circulation and relieve
pain.

European
Hot Stone Massage
The European Hot Stone massage is massage bodywork
utilizing Swedish Massage techniques along with
smooth heated basalt stones. It's main benefit
is a deeper and more relaxing massage. |
Raindrop
Therapy
Raindrop Therapy technique originated from the
research of D. Gary Young and a Lakota medicine man
almost two decades ago. It integrates Vita Flex and
massage therapy with essential oils to bring the
body into structural and electrical alignment.
Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of highly
antimicrobial essential oils designed to
simultaneously reduce inflammation and kill the
viral agents responsible for it. The principle oils
used are: thyme, oregano, birch, cypress,
peppermint, basil, and marjoram. The oils are
dispensed like little drops of rain from a height of
about six inches and massaged alongside the
vertebrae. Although the entire process takes about
60 minutes to complete, the oils will continue to
work in the body for 5 to 7 days following
treatment.

Reflexology
Reflexology uses pressure points
or reflexes in the feet invigorating energy
throughout the body to reduce stress, revitalize and
balances our energy. Our feet are maps of our
entire bodies which contain thousands of tiny nerves
called reflexes which correspond to every organ and
system. |
 |
Pre-Natal
Massage
Pre-Natal Massage helps to safely reduce or
eliminate many of the normal discomforts of
pregnancy. When started early, pre-natal
massage can help the body get into proper alignment
to better handle the changes that occur.
